- Design and manufacture of mechanical equipment, such as driving and centerlives but overall portable and bench chamfering machines.

OMCA beveling machines have been designed to improve the working and environmental quality. Through the use of a chamfering machine it is possible to eliminate fumes, gases and dusts dangerous to the health of the operator and its environment. Reducing, in addition, the noise pollution. During the processing phase is not necessary the use of protective barriers and extractors for fumes and dusts. The chip coming from the processing waste, unlike the dust, is more environmentally friendly, and easy in its disposal. In addition to the environmental compliance, the energy savings during processing thanks to the use of a reduced number of electric motors, has been considered as the point of force of the OMCA beveling machines: higher quality performances with energy saving.
